Seemore Data “Save 20% on Snowflake or Receive USD 5,000”

Promotion Terms & conditions

These Promotion Terms (“Terms”) govern Seemore Data’s “Save 20% on Snowflake or Receive USD 5,000” promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to these Terms.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is offered by Seemore Data (“Seemore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Promotion Summary

Eligible companies that complete the Promotion onboarding and evaluation process will receive either:

1. a Seemore Data savings assessment showing an identified savings opportunity of at least 20% of their Snowflake spend; or
   b. if Seemore Data determines that it cannot identify at least 20% savings opportunity under these Terms, eligibility to claim a USD 5,000 benefit, subject to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible, the participant must, at the time of registration and throughout the evaluation process:

1. have annual Snowflake spend above USD 200,000;
   b. not currently use any external third-party product or service whose primary purpose is Snowflake cost optimization, performance optimization, or warehouse / spend optimization;
   c. be a business entity, and not an individual consumer;
   d. have authority to connect the relevant Snowflake environment and grant the permissions required for the evaluation;
   e. complete the onboarding and evaluation process described in Section 4; and
   f. participate using a Snowflake environment that is reasonably representative of the company’s actual production or production-like usage and spend.

Seemore may require reasonable documentation to verify eligibility, including confirmation of Snowflake spend and current tooling.

4. Required Onboarding and Evaluation Process

To participate in the Promotion, the participant must:

1. register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period;
   b. connect the relevant Snowflake environment to the Seemore Data platform;
   c. spend approximately 15 minutes with Seemore to complete the onboarding steps;
   d. create the permissions reasonably required by Seemore to perform the assessment; and
   e. attend a follow-up meeting in which Seemore presents the results of the savings evaluation.

5. Data Access Scope

For purposes of the Promotion, Seemore requires access only to:

1. metadata, and
   b. query history.

Seemore does not require access to the participant’s underlying business data in order to perform the evaluation for this Promotion.

6. Definition of “20% Savings Opportunity”

For purposes of this Promotion, “20% savings opportunity” means the aggregate projected savings identified by Seemore through the combined value of all eligible Seemore recommendations, including:

1. automated optimization recommendations; and
   b. waste reduction recommendations.

The 20% threshold is calculated as the sum of all eligible Seemore-identified savings opportunities presented in the evaluation.

For clarity, Seemore’s evaluation is based on Seemore’s standard methodology and internal calculations. The Promotion concerns identified savings opportunities, not a guarantee of realized savings unless the participant actually implements the relevant recommendations.

7. Determination of Results

Seemore will determine, in its reasonable discretion and using its standard methodology, whether the participant’s connected Snowflake environment shows at least a 20% savings opportunity.

If Seemore identifies a savings opportunity of at least 20%, the Promotion is considered fulfilled upon presentation of those findings to the participant.

If Seemore determines that it cannot identify a savings opportunity of at least 20%, the participant becomes eligible to claim the USD 5,000 benefit described in Section 8.

Seemore’s determination will be final for purposes of this Promotion, provided it is made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

8. USD 5,000 Benefit Options

If the participant qualifies for the USD 5,000 benefit, the participant may choose one of the following options:

1. Donation Option
   Seemore will donate USD 5,000 to a charitable organization selected by the participant, subject to Seemore’s reasonable approval and ability to process the donation.
2. Team Event Sponsorship Option
   Seemore will sponsor a team event selected by the participant, up to a total value of USD 5,000, subject to mutual agreement on scope, feasibility, legality, location, and procurement requirements.
3. Amazon Gift Card Option
   Seemore will provide Amazon gift card(s) with an aggregate value of USD 5,000, subject to local availability, applicable law, and delivery requirements.

The USD 5,000 benefit is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided unless Seemore decides otherwise in its sole discretion.

9. Claim Process

A participant that qualifies for the USD 5,000 benefit must claim it within 30 days after Seemore notifies the participant of eligibility.

Seemore may request reasonable documentation or confirmations needed to fulfill the selected option, including identity, company authorization, beneficiary details, charity details, event details, or delivery information.

If the participant does not complete the claim process within that period, the benefit may be forfeited.

10. Exclusions

A participant will not be eligible for the Promotion, or may be disqualified, if:

1. the participant provides incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information;
   b. the participant fails to complete onboarding, connection, permissions, or the follow-up meeting;
   c. the participant disconnects the environment or otherwise prevents completion of the evaluation;
   d. the participant is already using an external Snowflake optimization tool or service covered by Section 3(b);
   e. the connected environment is not reasonably representative of actual Snowflake usage and spend;
   f. legal, compliance, procurement, security, or technical restrictions prevent Seemore from completing the assessment;
   g. the participant breaches these Terms; or
   h. the participant is an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Seemore.

11. No Purchase Required

No purchase is required to participate in the Promotion. Participation does not obligate the participant to purchase any Seemore product or service.

12. One Claim Per Company

This Promotion is limited to one participation and one claim per company group, unless Seemore agrees otherwise in writing.

13. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 31 2026 and ends on June 5 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), unless extended, modified, suspended, or terminated earlier by Seemore.

14. Taxes

The participant is solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, employment implications, or internal policy issues associated with receipt or use of the USD 5,000 benefit, to the extent applicable.

15. Confidentiality and Publicity

Seemore will not publicly identify the participant, use the participant’s name or logo, or disclose evaluation results externally without the participant’s prior written consent.

16. Reservation of Rights

Seemore reserves the right to verify eligibility, interpret these Terms, and modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, provided that any such change will not materially affect a participant that already completed the required onboarding and evaluation steps before the effective date of the change.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seemore’s total liability arising out of or in connection with this Promotion will not exceed USD 5,000 per eligible participant.
