Introduction

Thank you for choosing Seemore Data to optimize your Snowflake costs. Our Value Guaranteed Campaign aims to provide you with substantial savings on your Snowflake expenditures. By participating in this campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Our Promise

We guarantee that you can save at least 40% on your Snowflake costs by using our software, when such savings are calculated as set forth in these terms. If you do not achieve this level of savings, you are eligible to receive access to the Seemore Data solution for free for additional twelve (12) months.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Value Guaranteed Campaign, you must comply with the following conditions:

  1. A signed agreement between you and Seemore Data for the use of the Seemore Data solution.
  2. Full Payment as required by the signed agreement

 

Terms

  1. Baseline: is your Snowflake spend over the last 12 month period prior to the campaign.
  2. Savings: Your savings are calculated as the sum savings that would be accrued from the Baseline by implementing all recommendations provided by the Seemore Data solution. 
  3. Connection to Data Environment: You agree to provide access to relevant data tools and reports including your Snowflake, BI and ETLs tools 
  4. Free Software Period: At the end of your 12 month term, if Seemore Data failed to achieve the 40% savings based on the calculation set forth above, you will be entitled to use our software free of charge for additional twelve (12) months. 

 

Exclusions

  1. If during the term you fail to comply with any of the terms herein (including providing the connection to your Data Environment) you will not be eligible for the free software period.
  2. External Factors: Savings affected by external factors beyond the control of our software, such as changes in Snowflake’s pricing structure or additional services utilized by you, are not covered under this guarantee. In addition, our guarantee does not include amounts in respect of taxes or government charges. 

 

General Conditions

  1. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
  2. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this campaign at any time without notice.
  3. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the signed agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and your signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement will govern, except to the extent expressly set forth otherwise herein.
